Shipping/Return Policy
It is important to me that you are happy with your tote. If you are not happy with your tote, please reach out to me via email. ​You may return your tote to me within 10 days of delivery for a new tote. Please note that shipping is non-refundable. We ship within the contiguous United States within 3-5 days. USPS First class or Priority.
Receiving Your Tote
Totes are handmade and the process begins upon your purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your tote. If you need it expedited, please reach out to me via email.
